Cane Cutters and EatLafayette: A Tasty Team
The Acadiana Cane Cutters baseball team has partnered with Lafayette Travel for EatLafayette to
promote the local restaurants! For this promotion, members of the team
will be visiting the participating restaurants that serve hot dogs.
The Acadiana Cane Cutters team members will stop by EatLafayette restaurants
on Mondays from 11-2. There will be three players visiting for lunch,
one at a time for one hour each. During this time, the team members will
shoot a promotional video featuring a hot dog special or other menu
item provided by the restaurant. They will also be available to give
autographs and take pictures with fans.
This Monday kicks off the 12 weeks of Cane Cutter visits! First stop: Rochetto’s Pizzeria featuring Nathan’s World Famous Hotdog.
The restaurants the Cane Cutters will be stopping by this month include:
June 8 - Rochetto's Pizzeria
June 15 - Broaddus Burgers
June 22 - Dax on Verot
June 29 - Southside Bakery

Some of the restaurants participating will
even offer a hot dog lunch special! Broaddus Burgers will be offering
two free toppings on your hot dog and Dax on Verot is giving free fries,
homemade onion rings, or sweet potato fries when you buy a hot dog or a
chili dog!
