Fine Dining Restaurant Taps Into Calzone eMarketing.

We have several clients that have been served by Calzone over the years. Some of them come to us from time to time for assistance when there are changes in the market or in their product. One that we serve is Cafe Vermilionville.

There was a new chef, Alex Patout, and a re-energized focus by the owner, Ken Veron. Conventional advertising methodology was just not working nor in the budget. Most locally-owned fine dining establishments do not have budgets that can compete with franchise operations.

Our knowledge of Cafe V is intimate. Our history and our life experiences are connected. We implemented a comprehensive PR campaign (get them in the media and invite the right media for a night of dining with the new chef and menu) and Calzone's custom eMarketing program. We connected Cafe V with its customers and the word spread quickly. Often times reservations were double the expectations.

It is important to note that none of our efforts would have been productive if the food and service were not "over the top." The dining experience far exceeded our creative and marketing program -- as it should.
