FACET is Making Headlines

It is always refreshing when we see our clients making headlines. This month, Carolyn Greco President and CEO of FACET, a national career management and consulting firm, had an article featured in The Advertiser!

In her article, Carolyn claimed that the happiness factor is linked to having a sense of community and working in a strong thriving industry.

Carolyn’s article was discussing job search and happiness in America. She said, “The portrait of a happy worker is complete by having a job in a strong industry."

She explained that South Louisiana is one of the top cities for job happiness.“If happiness to you is about big opportunities in a smaller population center in the South, Lafayette could be the perfect place for you. With an entrepreneurial, independent culture alive with French Acadian/Creole ‘joie de vivre,’ you could land in its solid professional culture of oil and gas, technology, medicine, education and law. If a ‘small town vibe’ with Houston and New Orleans via I-10 close by makes you happy, Lafayette has your name on it.”

Other cities that made her list were: Houston, TX; San Jose, CA; and Seattle, WA.
