We would like to wish a warm welcome to Katie Simon for
joining our team at Calzone as an Administrative Assistant! Katie will be
graduating from University of Louisiana at Lafayette this month with a degree
in Psychology. After graduation, she plans to attend Graduate School in the fall.
This multitasking queen comes equipped with excellent
communication and organizational skills. She is the perfect fit for our
administrative needs.
Katie’s goals are to become a marriage and family counselor and
to develop a special assistance program to end starvation in Acadiana.
When Katie isn't studying, working, or spending time with
her 3 year old son, Eli, she enjoys volunteering in the community. She is a
frequent volunteer at St. Joseph Hospice in Lafayette where she assists at
events and travels to nursing homes to visit with the residents.
Katie is a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, Psi Chi
Honor Society of Psychology and the UL Lafayette Psychology Colloquium.
