Agave Presents: Family-Friendly Events This Weekend

Families LOVE Agave
At Agave, we've worked hard to acquire the stamp of family approval, and we take pride in the support we have from families across Lafayette! We've spent countless hours creating a kid-friendly atmosphere and developing a menu that pleases the tastebuds of both young and old. After years of being in the business, we've learned that this city's love for Agave is because of three things:

1. Moms love Margaritas
2. Fathers love Fajitas
3. Kids love Queso

It's that simple.

Family-Friendly Event Suggestions:
*spoiler alert -- they all either begin or end at an Agave location!

There are four more Downtown Alive nights this season. These are perfect events to experience the beautiful Downtown area, dance it out with your little ones, and have dinner and margaritas on our patio!

THIS Friday @ Parc Sans Souci
Music: Jimmie Vaughan & The Tilt-A-Whirl Band
AND the Bayou Round-Up Car Show

Make plans to experience Downtown Alive, check out the band and the hot rods, and stay fueled with Agave Mexican Grill & Cantina!

Friday and Saturday nights throughout October

Details:
5:30 - 8:30 p.m.
$10 admission
Children under 12 months are FREE!
The Children's Museum of Acadiana is hosting this event, and they are promoting all of the following happenings:

Not-So-Scary Exhibits Throughout the Museum
Halloween Games
Ghost Bubbles
A Magic Camera
Nightly Costume Contests
(FYI, you get $1 off of admission for wearing a costume!
CMA does ask that these costumes be non-scary)

AND MUCH MORE!

Sometimes it is difficult to find events that are appropriate for younger kids, especially during the Halloween season. Now, Downtown Lafayette has you covered! Pick a Friday or Saturday this month, throw on your costume and head Downtown. We'll see you after the Spooktacular Halloween Party on the Agave patio for some quality food and live entertainment!

Prefer Our Bertrand Location?
No problem! Visit us during the Louisiana Comic Con on either Saturday or Sunday. The event boasts that it will be a family-friendly environment that will be fun for all ages! There will be special guests, various vendors and artists, and fan groups galore. The event is being held at the Cajundome Convention Center, and tickets are only $15. Agave on Bertrand is conveniently located right across the street for your lunch, dinner and drinking needs!
